Alana De La Garza, an amazing actress, has left a mark on television. In 1976 De La Garza was born to a Mexican American father and an Irish-American mother in Columbus Ohio. Soon enough she was relocating to Texas to pursue her career in physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza did not reside in Texas in a long time and quickly moved into Orlando Florida, where she played a variety of acting roles, including commercials and independent films. Despite her small part-time roles, she quickly realized her love for acting. The year 2001 saw her move in New York where her first character was on All My Children's soap opera as Rosa Santos. Her roles were sporadic on JAG and Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men in the mid 2000s. The year 2004 saw her landing her first series-wide role in the drama The Mountain.
